Refunds
Last updated October 27, 2026
If Wayfr does not help you, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full $49. We do not ask why. Each person can get one refund.
How to ask
- Open the contact page.
- Choose "Refund" and write the email you paid with.
What happens next
- After we read your message, we refund through Stripe to the card you paid with.
- Stripe says the money usually shows on your statement in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- When the refund is made, your pass stops working.
